Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to senior management, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Facilitate clear and effective trilingual communication (Mandarin, English, Indonesian) both internally and externally, through various channels.
- Perform accurate translation and interpretation of documents, emails, and conversations as required.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other important documents with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, to ensure easy access to information.
- Act as a primary point of contact and liaison for internal and external parties, maintaining professionalism and discretion.
- Assist with general office management tasks to ensure a smooth and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Exceptional fluency, both written and verbal, in Mandarin, English, and Indonesian is mandatory.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in an administrative, executive assistant, or similar trilingual support role.
- High degree of organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general office software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
