Responsibility
- Manage daily cash flow operations, including monitoring cash balances and forecasting cash needs.
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Process and record financial transactions, including payments, receipts, and transfers.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis to support decision-making.
- Maintain and update financial records and documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial data reporting.
- Monitor and analyze financial trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Support the implementation of financial policies and procedures to enhance internal controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in treasury, finance, or accounting roles.
- Strong understanding of cash management principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel (advanced skills preferred).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of local financial regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
