Responsibility
- Oversee and monitor day-to-day treasury operations to ensure accuracy and adherence to established financial regulations.
- Analyze and reconcile financial data, cash position reports, and investment schedules to maintain precise records.
- Coordinate with regional bank branches and financial institutions to facilitate timely government transactions.
- Provide technical guidance and supervision to junior treasury personnel to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for management to support informed fiscal decision-making.
- Manage the internal control mechanisms to mitigate financial risks and prevent operational errors.
- Assist in the implementation of new treasury policies and digital financial systems within the regional office.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of progressive experience in treasury operations, banking, or fiscal management.
- Strong proficiency in financial analysis software and MS Excel.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine government fiscal policies and general accounting principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume transactions under strict deadlines.
- Must possess high ethical standards and an unwavering commitment to public service integrity.
- Career Service Professional (Sub-Professional/Professional) eligibility or equivalent is highly preferred.
