Responsibility
- Manage the end-to-end loan application process from initial packaging through to settlement.
- Liaise directly with Australian banks, lenders, solicitors, and clients to track and expedite application milestones.
- Accurately input data and submit applications using industry platforms such as ApplyOnline and proprietary broker CRMs.
- Review client financial documents, identify potential issues, and ensure strict compliance with lender policies and NCCP regulations.
- Proactively follow up on outstanding conditions, valuations, and pricing requests.
- Provide regular, professional updates to mortgage brokers and clients, maintaining an exceptional standard of customer service.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of direct experience as an AU Mortgage Loan Processor or Broker Assistant.
- In-depth knowledge of the Australian lending landscape, lender policies, and mortgage structures.
- Hands-on proficiency with ApplyOnline and broker CRM platforms (e.g., Mercury, Salestrekker, or Podio).
- Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills, with a confident professional telephone manner.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a high level of organizational capability.
- A dedicated, quiet home office space with a high-speed, reliable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps).
