Responsibility
- Oversee the end-to-end daily operations of the branch, ensuring seamless service delivery and workflow efficiency.
- Drive branch-wide product sales and loan acquisition targets to meet and exceed monthly business goals.
- Manage the end-to-end lending process, including credit evaluation, loan processing, and portfolio monitoring.
- Maintain strict adherence to banking regulations, internal policies, and compliance standards.
- Lead, mentor, and coach branch personnel to foster professional development and high productivity.
- Implement and monitor robust security and safety protocols to protect branch assets and client information.
- Cultivate strong relationships with local clients to improve customer retention and branch reputation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in branch management or supervisory roles within the banking or microfinance sector.
- Strong understanding of lending operations, financial products, and risk management principles.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive operational KPIs.
