Responsibility
- Represent NX Dimension at events, pop-up activations, and retail locations across Bali, ensuring a positive and memorable brand experience.
- Engage with customers face-to-face to promote products/services, answer inquiries, and drive sales conversions.
- Deliver high-quality customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and building long-term relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute on-ground campaigns, gather customer feedback, and provide insights for future strategies.
- Travel to assigned locations within Bali to set up booths, distribute promotional materials, and maximize brand visibility.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while adhering to company guidelines and brand standards.
- Track and report daily sales metrics, customer interactions, and campaign performance to the management team.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and workshops to continuously improve skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required â this is an entry-level role perfect for fresh graduates or those new to sales/marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Outgoing, confident, and comfortable engaging with diverse groups of people in a professional setting.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing environments (e.g., different event locations).
- Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer service principles (training will be provided).
- Flexibility to travel within Bali and work on weekends or evenings as required by campaign schedules.
