Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end flight reservations, modifications, and cancellations using Sabre or Amadeus GDS platforms.
  • Provide real-time assistance to customers with booking inquiries, fare rules, and travel policies.
  • Process ticket issuance, reissuance, and refunds accurately and efficiently.
  • Resolve complex travel-related issues with empathy and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with airlines, hotels, and car rental partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, fare changes, and system updates to provide accurate information.
  • Meet and exceed performance KPIs for customer satisfaction, resolution time, and quality assurance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in travel customer service, preferably with GDS (Sabre/Amadeus).
  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written); additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Sabre or Amadeus systems is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a problem-solving approach.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields is a plus.
  • Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Familiarity with IATA codes, fare rules, and airline policies is a strong asset.
