Responsibility

  • Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, and warehouse) to align schedules and resolve operational bottlenecks.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of transactions, communications, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Provide proactive and responsive support to clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism.
  • Monitor order statuses and follow up with relevant departments to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities through exceptional service.
  • Prepare and distribute reports on customer activity, order trends, and service performance metrics.
  • Handle complaints and escalations with a solution-oriented approach to maintain customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or a similar role, preferably in the chemical, logistics, or distribution industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and experience with CRM/ERP systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for problem-solving and relationship-building.
  • Familiarity with order management, inventory tracking, or supply chain processes is advantageous.
