Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from banking customers, providing accurate and timely information.
- Process customer transactions, account inquiries, and service requests with precision.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking products, services, and policies.
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system with detailed and accurate notes.
- Adhere to compliance and security protocols to protect customer data and financial information.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during the PM shift.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including call resolution time and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and banking software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including PM shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in a related field is preferred.
