Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage the preparation, review, and filing of contracts, asset records, and ownership documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to verify transaction details and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain a centralized database of all transactional documents, ensuring easy retrieval and audit readiness.
- Monitor deadlines and prioritize tasks to meet auction timelines and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct quality checks on documentation to mitigate risks and prevent errors in asset transactions.
- Prepare reports and summaries for management on transaction statuses, bottlenecks, and resolutions.
- Assist in the digitization and organization of physical records into secure digital formats.
- Adhere to data privacy and confidentiality protocols while handling sensitive information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in transaction coordination, contract management, or a similar administrative role.
- Proven ability to interpret and manage legal or financial documents with high attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and document management systems.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) for clear stakeholder coordination.
- Experience working in night shifts or with global teams is a plus.
- Familiarity with auction processes, asset management, or real estate transactions is highly advantageous.
