Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of training programs tailored to insurance operations, using ADDIE, SAM, or Agile methodologies.
- Apply Bloom’s Taxonomy and adult learning principles to create engaging, learner-centric content (e.g., e-learning modules, workshops, simulations).
- Collaborate with SMEs, L&D teams, and business leaders to identify training gaps and align programs with organizational objectives.
- Develop assessment tools and KPIs to measure training effectiveness, retention, and ROI.
- Pilot and iterate training materials based on feedback and performance data, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Manage LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Cornerstone) to host, track, and report on training delivery.
- Stay abreast of industry trends in insurance and instructional design to innovate training approaches.
- Mentor junior designers and facilitate train-the-trainer sessions to scale expertise across teams.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (preferably in BPO, insurance, or financial services).
- Proven expertise in ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, and adult learning theories with a portfolio of deployed training programs.
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia) and LMS administration.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with experience creating content for global audiences.
- Familiarity with insurance products, processes, or compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, GDPR) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field; Master’s degree or certifications (e.g., ATD, CPLP) preferred.
- Ability to work remotely from Bali with a stable internet connection and flexibility for occasional global calls.
