Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs (in-person, virtual, and hybrid) tailored to diverse learning styles and business needs.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and create targeted learning solutions for customer service, sales, and operational teams.
- Develop multimedia training materials, including presentations, manuals, videos, and interactive e-learning modules.
- Facilitate workshops, role-playing sessions, and onboarding programs to ensure new hires integrate smoothly.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and refine programs based on data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Operations, Quality Assurance) to align training initiatives with company objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning & development, customer service, and call center operations.
- Maintain training records and documentation to ensure compliance and track progress.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in corporate training, learning & development, or a similar role, preferably in BPO, call centers, or customer service.
- Proven ability to design and deliver training programs for adult learners in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills in English (additional languages are a bonus).
- Proficiency in e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, LMS platforms) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess training needs and measure ROI.
- Passion for continuous learning and a collaborative, adaptable mindset.
- Experience working in multicultural or international settings is highly desirable.
