Responsibility

  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and development programs for employees and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and distribute training materials, including manuals, presentations, and digital resources.
  • Maintain accurate records of training attendance, progress, and certifications in compliance with company policies.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to organize logistics for training events (e.g., venues, equipment, catering).
  • Assist in the development and updating of training content to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
  • Monitor training budgets and expenses, providing reports to management as required.
  • Conduct post-training evaluations and gather feedback to improve future programs.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in training coordination, administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with LMS (Learning Management Systems).
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
