Responsibility
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and development programs for employees and stakeholders.
- Prepare and distribute training materials, including manuals, presentations, and digital resources.
- Maintain accurate records of training attendance, progress, and certifications in compliance with company policies.
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to organize logistics for training events (e.g., venues, equipment, catering).
- Assist in the development and updating of training content to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- Monitor training budgets and expenses, providing reports to management as required.
- Conduct post-training evaluations and gather feedback to improve future programs.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in training coordination, administration, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with LMS (Learning Management Systems).
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
