Responsibility
- Coordinate training schedules, including booking venues, instructors, and equipment.
- Manage trainee registrations, attendance records, and certification processes.
- Prepare and distribute training materials, manuals, and assessments.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, compliance, and feedback.
- Liaise with external vendors, regulatory bodies, and internal teams to ensure training standards are met.
- Assist in the development and updating of training programs and curricula.
- Handle administrative tasks such as invoicing, reporting, and inventory management.
- Provide excellent customer service to trainees and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or training coordination roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and database management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with training management systems or LMS is a plus.
- Knowledge of crane operations or heavy machinery training is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
