Responsibility

  • Coordinate training schedules, including booking venues, instructors, and equipment.
  • Manage trainee registrations, attendance records, and certification processes.
  • Prepare and distribute training materials, manuals, and assessments.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, compliance, and feedback.
  • Liaise with external vendors, regulatory bodies, and internal teams to ensure training standards are met.
  • Assist in the development and updating of training programs and curricula.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as invoicing, reporting, and inventory management.
  • Provide excellent customer service to trainees and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or training coordination roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and database management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with training management systems or LMS is a plus.
  • Knowledge of crane operations or heavy machinery training is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
