Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end project timelines, ensuring on-time delivery of creative assets and campaigns.
  • Coordinate between internal teams (design, copy, production) and external stakeholders to align priorities and deadlines.
  • Monitor project budgets, flagging potential overruns and proposing cost-effective solutions.
  • Maintain and update traffic management systems (e.g., Asana, Trello, or custom tools) with real-time progress tracking.
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups and weekly status meetings to synchronize team efforts and resolve blockers.
  • Review creative briefs for clarity and feasibility, clarifying requirements with clients or account managers as needed.
  • Anticipate resource conflicts and reallocate tasks to optimize team bandwidth.
  • Generate post-project reports analyzing efficiency, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in traffic coordination, project management, or a similar role within advertising, marketing, or creative agencies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday.com, Smartsheet) and collaboration platforms (Slack, Microsoft Teams).
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to liaise with global teams.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to risk mitigation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in the APAC region or with international clients is a plus.
