Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clinics, pharmacies, and wellness centers in Bali to promote TCM products.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market share in the region.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals and potential clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments in the TCM sector.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including forecasts, performance metrics, and market feedback.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or TCM industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine products and their benefits is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or Mandarin is an advantage.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Bali.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field is preferred.
