Responsibility
- Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales performance across retail channels.
- Lead the planning and execution of in-store promotions, merchandising, and point-of-sale (POS) materials to maximize impact.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to align trade activities with overall business objectives.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and recommend actionable insights for trade marketing initiatives.
- Manage relationships with retailers, distributors, and vendors to secure partnerships and negotiate favorable terms.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of trade marketing campaigns using KPIs such as sales lift, ROI, and market share.
- Oversee budget allocation for trade marketing activities, ensuring cost-efficiency and high return on investment.
- Train and mentor trade marketing executives and field teams to ensure consistent execution of strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in trade marketing, preferably in FMCG, retail, or consumer electronics.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful trade marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep understanding of retail dynamics, shopper behavior, and trade channels in Indonesia.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
