Responsibility
- Execute in-store promotions and marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility
- Monitor and maintain optimal product placement and shelf visibility
- Ensure product availability and stock levels meet sales targets
- Collaborate with Modern Trade (MT) and General Trade (GT) teams to align strategies
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities in Bali
- Prepare reports on promotional effectiveness and sales performance
- Coordinate with distributors and retail partners for seamless execution
- Implement visual merchandising standards across assigned outlets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in trade marketing or retail execution
- Strong understanding of FMCG or retail industry dynamics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel within Bali as needed
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
