In this key regional role, you will act as the vital bridge between brand marketing objectives and field sales execution. Bali represents a unique retail landscape blending local consumers, domestic travelers, and international tourists. Your primary mission will be to analyze store performance data, monitor competitor movements, and develop localized, high-impact retail programs that drive foot traffic and increase off-take in key beauty outlets, department stores, and independent cosmetic shops.

Responsibility
- Monitor, track, and thoroughly analyze monthly sales performance across all designated retail channels and key beauty outlets in the Bali region.
- Develop, plan, and execute innovative and creative trade marketing programs, tailored specifically to Bali's unique demographic and seasonal trends.
- Collaborate closely with Key Accounts and store managers to secure premium shelf space, optimize product visibility, and launch impactful in-store activations.
- Manage the regional trade marketing budget efficiently, ensuring all marketing expenditures deliver a strong return on investment (ROI).
- Translate brand guidelines into localized shopper marketing tactics that effectively capture customer interest at the point of purchase.
- Lead, train, and motivate the Beauty Advisor (BA) team on product knowledge, brand visual merchandising standards, and proactive selling techniques.
- Conduct regular market visits to gather consumer insights, monitor competitor activities, and identify new retail expansion opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Trade Marketing, Channel Marketing, or Brand Management, preferably in the beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG sector.
- Proven track record of successfully designing and executing B2B2C promotional campaigns with major retail chains.
- Strong analytical mindset with a demonstrated ability to interpret sales reports, market data, and financial metrics.
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills to effectively collaborate with retail store management and partners.
- Deep understanding of the retail distribution channels, consumer behavior, and marketing landscape in Bali.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
