Responsibility
- Develop and execute trade marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales in assigned regions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional campaigns, in-store activations, and trade incentives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage relationships with key retailers, distributors, and vendors to ensure product availability and optimal shelf placement.
- Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials, including POS displays, brochures, and digital assets.
- Monitor and report on the performance of trade marketing initiatives, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in organizing and participating in trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including order processing, inventory tracking, and customer inquiries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in trade marketing, sales support, or a similar role, preferably in the FMCG or pet care industry.
- Strong understanding of trade marketing principles, retail dynamics, and sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software; experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset and a passion for achieving results.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
