Responsibility
- Accurately record, monitor, and maintain employee attendance, leave, and overtime data using digital timekeeping systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations regarding working hours, breaks, and leave entitlements.
- Generate and analyze timekeeping reports for HR and payroll teams to support decision-making and payroll processing.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in attendance records, collaborating with employees and managers to clarify and correct data.
- Provide training and support to employees and managers on timekeeping procedures and system usage.
- Assist in the implementation and optimization of timekeeping software and tools to improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of timekeeping data with payroll and HR systems.
- Maintain confidentiality and data security in handling sensitive employee information.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in timekeeping, payroll administration, or a related administrative role.
- Proficiency in using timekeeping software (e.g., SAP, Kronos, BambooHR, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia or the Philippines (prior experience in either region is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote work setting.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
