Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end TikTok Shop operations, including product listings, inventory synchronization, and order fulfillment.
- Develop and execute data-driven strategies to increase sales, engagement, and customer retention.
- Monitor performance metrics (CTR, conversion rates, ROI) and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create high-converting TikTok Shop content, including live streams, videos, and promotions.
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational issues promptly to maintain a 5-star shop rating.
- Stay updated on TikTok Shop policies, trends, and algorithm changes to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure seamless inventory and delivery processes.
- Conduct A/B testing on product displays, pricing, and promotions to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in e-commerce operations, social commerce, or digital marketing, preferably with TikTok Shop.
- Strong understanding of TikTok’s ecosystem, including Shop features, analytics, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, TikTok Analytics, or similar.
- Creative mindset with the ability to craft compelling product narratives and promotional content.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) for cross-team collaboration.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems, CRM tools, or e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Passion for trend-spotting and adapting to fast-paced digital environments.
