Are you passionate about the intersection of creative technology and scalable advertising solutions? TikTok is seeking a dynamic Brand Product Solutions and Operations Lead to join our APAC team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the charge in operationalizing massive-scale creative solutions and cutting-edge AI-driven advertising products.

You will bridge the gap between product strategy and market execution, ensuring our advertisers leverage the full power of TikTok's AI capabilities to drive performance. We are looking for a strategic thinker who is comfortable navigating complex operational ecosystems, analyzing data to drive product adoption, and collaborating with cross-functional global stakeholders to redefine the future of digital advertising in the APAC region.

Responsibility

  • Develop and execute operational strategies for scaling AI-driven creative products across the APAC market.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to identify market friction points and implement scalable solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to inform strategy and provide actionable insights for product development teams.
  • Manage end-to-end operational workflows for high-impact creative campaigns, ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Provide strategic consultancy to internal partners on creative product adoption and optimization best practices.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives to streamline campaign delivery and improve advertiser ROI through automation.
  • Translate complex technical product features into compelling value propositions for diverse regional markets.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in product operations, product strategy, or business operations within a digital advertising or tech environment.
  • Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, specifically performance marketing and creative strategy.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple cross-functional stakeholders across different time zones.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau).
  • Experience in managing AI/ML-driven product implementations or highly scalable technical operations is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
