Responsibility
- Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of strategic business operations programs and projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational inefficiencies, define requirements, and develop robust solutions.
- Establish clear project scopes, objectives, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
- Monitor program progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.
- Develop and implement metrics to track program performance, operational efficiency, and business impact, reporting regularly to stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing current processes, recommending best practices, and overseeing their implementation.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among all project stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Champion change management efforts, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and tools across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, or business operations, preferably within a technology or IT company.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex, cross-functional programs and driving significant operational improvements.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PMP certification is a plus).
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities, capable of influencing at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com, MS Project).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
