Responsibility
- Assist in the development and execution of brand partnership strategies for TikTok’s Global Business Solutions team.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in digital marketing.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, content) to create compelling pitch materials and proposals for potential partners.
- Support the coordination of influencer and brand campaigns, ensuring seamless execution from planning to reporting.
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to optimize future partnerships.
- Assist in managing client relationships and communications, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies in workflows and proposing solutions.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for brand collaborations and content strategies.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (graduating in 2026 or later).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive insights (proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets is a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a bonus.
- Passion for digital marketing, social media, and the creator economy, with a keen interest in TikTok’s platform.
- Proven ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in internships, club leadership, or project management is preferred but not required.
