Responsibility
- Product Strategy: Develop and execute data-driven strategies to enhance TikTok’s ad products for the Apps & Gaming vertical, aligning with global and regional business goals.
- Go-to-Market Leadership: Spearhead the launch of new ad products, features, and tools, ensuring seamless adoption by internal teams and external partners.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and implement improvements to maximize ROI for advertisers.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align on priorities, resolve bottlenecks, and drive cross-functional initiatives.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitive landscapes, industry trends, and user behavior to inform product roadmaps and operational decisions.
- Process Improvement: Streamline workflows, tools, and documentation to enhance efficiency and scalability of ad operations.
- Training & Enablement: Create resources and conduct training sessions to empower internal teams and partners on TikTok’s ad solutions.
- Reporting & Insights: Generate actionable insights from performance data and present findings to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years in product strategy, operations, or digital advertising, with a focus on Apps, Gaming, or Performance Marketing.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel, or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) to derive insights from complex datasets.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of mobile app ecosystems, UA (User Acquisition), and monetization strategies for gaming or app-based businesses.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills to articulate strategies, influence stakeholders, and simplify technical concepts.
- Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking and ability to develop creative solutions for operational challenges.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Remote Readiness: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting (Bali-based).
