Responsibility
- Oversee the entire tender process, from preparation to submission, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Negotiate and draft contracts with suppliers, vendors, and partners to secure favorable terms and conditions.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all tenders, contracts, and supplier agreements.
- Monitor contract performance and resolve any disputes or issues that arise during the contract lifecycle.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize procurement processes and reduce costs.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
- Prepare regular reports on tender activities, contract statuses, and supplier performance for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in tender management, contract administration, or procurement, preferably in the food industry.
- Strong understanding of contract law, negotiation techniques, and procurement best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with suppliers, legal teams, and internal departments.
- Proficient in using procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess risks and make data-driven decisions.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in contract documentation.
