Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely follow-ups.
- Assist with patient registration, verification of medical records, and administrative tasks as required.
- Coordinate between medical staff and patients to facilitate smooth communication and efficient service delivery.
- Handle confidential patient information with discretion and adherence to data protection policies.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Support the healthcare team with clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and report generation.
- Adhere to shift schedules, including day, evening, and night rotations, to ensure 24/7 patient support.
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in healthcare administration, customer service, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
