Responsibility

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-ups.

- Provide accurate information about properties, pricing, and promotions to prospective buyers.
- Document customer interactions and update the CRM system with relevant details.

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to enhance sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
