Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive outcome and customer satisfaction.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately while maintaining detailed records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve overall service quality.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Handle high volumes of incoming calls and messages while maintaining a calm and courteous demeanor.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments for resolution.
- Contribute to team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and share best practices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, with a clear and friendly phone manner.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
