Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and sales requests.
- Provide accurate and timely information about products, services, and promotions.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all customer interactions.
- Document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to deliver expert advice.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma (SMU) or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or call center roles is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal and written).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
- Residents of Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung) are highly encouraged to apply.
