Responsibility
- Develop, review, and maintain comprehensive Telecom IBS project documentation, including technical manuals, SOPs, and compliance records.
- Ensure all documents adhere to industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO, local telecom regulations).
- Collaborate with engineering, project management, and legal teams to gather accurate information and update documentation in real time.
- Implement and maintain a version control system to track document revisions and ensure accessibility for stakeholders.
- Conduct regular audits of existing documentation to identify gaps, inconsistencies, or outdated information.
- Prepare audit-ready reports and support internal/external audits by providing organized, traceable records.
- Train and guide team members on documentation best practices and tools (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence, or proprietary systems).
- Streamline documentation processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational risks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical writing, documentation management, or a similar role, preferably in the telecom or IT industry.
- Proven ability to interpret technical information and translate it into clear, user-friendly documentation.
- Strong familiarity with documentation tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Confluence, or MadCap Flare).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
- Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 9001, ITIL) is a plus.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
