Responsibility
- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products, services, and special offers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for every interaction.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions to meet their requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and feedback in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Follow up with leads and customers to nurture relationships and drive repeat business.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to continuously improve skills and performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in tele-marketing, customer service, or sales, preferably in a remote or call-center environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to engage customers professionally and persuasively.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to understand and address customer needs effectively.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to handle objections and turn challenges into opportunities with a positive attitude.
- Prior experience in the hardware, retail, or B2B sales industry is a plus but not required.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to ensure seamless communication.
