Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate parts inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment to meet demand.
- Generate and analyze reports on parts sales, usage, and forecasting to support data-driven decision-making.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and delivery documentation with meticulous attention to detail.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and logistics teams to align parts availability with promotional campaigns and customer needs.
- Monitor and resolve discrepancies in stock records, working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in parts distribution and operational workflows.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries related to parts availability, pricing, and order status.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and presentations to showcase parts offerings and promotions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in inventory management, parts coordination, or a similar administrative role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and inventory management software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, reporting, and documentation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
