Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of comprehensive training programs for TechOps teams, ensuring alignment with Roche’s R&D and pharmaceutical standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify training needs and develop scalable solutions for technical and operational roles.
- Oversee the implementation of digital learning platforms and tools to enhance training efficiency and accessibility.
- Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements (e.g., GMP, GxP) and internal quality standards in all training materials and processes.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through KPIs, feedback, and assessments, driving continuous improvement.
- Mentor and coach training coordinators and subject matter experts to build a high-performing training ecosystem.
- Partner with HR and L&D teams to integrate career development pathways for TechOps professionals.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in pharmaceutical technology and training methodologies to keep Roche at the industry forefront.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in training management, technical operations, or L&D within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering technical training programs for large, global teams.
- Deep understanding of pharmaceutical regulations (e.g., FDA, EMA, ICH) and quality systems.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and digital training tools (e.g., e-learning modules, VR/AR).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities in a multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
