Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Business Continuity Management (BCM) framework tailored to Rocheās pharmaceutical operations.
- Conduct risk assessments and gap analyses for TechOps infrastructure, identifying vulnerabilities and proposing mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and test disaster recovery plans for critical systems and processes.
- Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements (e.g., GxP, ISO 22301) and internal risk management policies.
- Lead incident response and crisis management initiatives, minimizing downtime and operational disruptions.
- Monitor emerging threats (cybersecurity, supply chain, natural disasters) and proactively adjust BCM strategies.
- Train and educate stakeholders on risk awareness, BCM best practices, and emergency protocols.
- Drive continuous improvement through post-incident reviews and metrics-driven reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Risk Management, Business Continuity, IT, Pharmacy, or related fields.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in TechOps, risk management, or BCM, preferably in the pharmaceutical/healthcare sector.
- Certifications such as CBCP, CBCI, ISO 22301 Lead Auditor, or ITIL are highly advantageous.
- Proven expertise in enterprise risk frameworks (e.g., COSO, NIST) and BCM tools (e.g., Fusion, Castellan).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex risks into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence senior leadership and global teams.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulations (e.g., FDA, EMA) and GxP compliance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment with a proactive and adaptive mindset.
