Responsibility
- Provide technical support and expertise to clients on industrial lubrication solutions, ensuring optimal performance and cost-efficiency.
- Conduct on-site and remote assessments of machinery and equipment to diagnose lubrication-related issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and propose tailored lubricant products and services.
- Develop and deliver technical training sessions for clients and internal teams on lubrication best practices and product applications.
- Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in lubrication strategies.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, including recommendations for maintenance schedules, product selections, and troubleshooting guides.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in lubrication science to provide cutting-edge solutions.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials and technical documentation to support product launches and customer education.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical support, lubrication engineering, or a related role within the industrial sector.
- In-depth knowledge of industrial lubricants, including their properties, applications, and performance characteristics.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for equipment performance analysis.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and other regions as required for on-site client support.
