Responsibility
- Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of lottery terminals, printers, and related hardware.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance checks to proactively identify and address potential problems.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users and staff on system operations and troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities in the companyâs tracking system.
- Collaborate with the central support team to escalate complex issues and implement solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and industry regulations.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and equipment, and request replacements as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational certification in Electronics, Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field service, technical support, or a similar role, preferably in the gaming or retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting, including terminals, printers, and networking devices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for system maintenance and repair.
- Valid driverâs license and willingness to travel within the assigned Bali regions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
