Responsibility
- Provide first-level technical support for Emerson’s products, systems, and software, including troubleshooting, diagnostics, and issue resolution.
- Manage and maintain administrative documentation, including service logs, technical reports, and client communications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, and R&D) to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Conduct remote and on-site support for clients in Bali, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
- Assist in the implementation and configuration of Emerson’s solutions, including hardware and software deployments.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues to prevent disruptions.
- Deliver training and guidance to end-users and internal teams on product functionality and best practices.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and Emerson’s product portfolio to provide accurate and efficient support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in technical support, IT administration, or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong technical skills are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware/software issues and using diagnostic tools.
- Strong knowledge of industrial automation, control systems, or IoT is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Familiarity with CRM, ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk), and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Bali for on-site support.
