Responsibility
- Provide technical support and guidance for Salesforce implementations and customizations.
- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to understand client requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce platforms.
- Develop and maintain documentation for Salesforce configurations, processes, and best practices.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of clients and internal teams on Salesforce functionalities.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, updates, and industry trends.
- Participate in project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with Salesforce platforms, including configuration and customization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and clients.
- Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder) is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and integration tools.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and work on-site.
