Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve regional revenue targets.
- Manage end-to-end customer relationships, from initial outreach and contract negotiation to ongoing support.
- Oversee the logistics of order fulfillment, including timely delivery and payment monitoring.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market share in Sulawesi.
- Provide technical guidance to clients to ensure optimal product application and satisfaction.
- Analyze regional sales data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for performance improvement.
- Lead and mentor junior sales staff, fostering a culture of high performance and professionalism.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless operational support and supply chain efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the food/agribusiness or industrial sector.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas and business development targets.
- Strong understanding of contract management, debt collection, and supply chain logistics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to travel frequently within the Sulawesi region as required.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales reports and market data.
