Responsibility
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across East Java and Bali to expand the company's market presence.
- Manage the complete sales pipeline, from lead generation and cold outreach to negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with existing clients and strategic partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute localized marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify potential growth areas and trends.
- Prepare and present regular sales performance, pipeline reports, and market feedback to the senior management.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets established by the business group.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Deep understanding of the local business landscapes in East Java and Bali; existing network is a strong plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build client relationships.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage regional travel, and drive results with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office, and digital marketing tools.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
