Responsibility
- Administer and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, including configuration, user management, and performance tuning.
- Monitor and optimize Azure cloud services, ensuring high availability, security, and cost-efficiency.
- Develop and deploy solutions using the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to streamline business processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across Dynamics 365, Azure, and related integrations.
- Collaborate with development and IT teams to implement system upgrades, patches, and new features.
- Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and best practices.
- Automate routine operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical operations, system administration, or cloud support.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP) and Azure services (VMs, Storage, Active Directory, etc.).
- Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, or Power BI) is a strong plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with ITIL, DevOps, or Agile methodologies is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Certifications in Microsoft Azure (AZ-104, AZ-305) or Dynamics 365 are highly desirable.
