Responsibility
- Lead and support the deployment, installation, and commissioning of systems and network hardware for critical government infrastructure.
- Provide tier-2/tier-3 technical support, proactively monitoring system health and diagnosing complex hardware or network failures.
- Liaise directly with government project managers, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure seamless project delivery and alignment.
- Conduct rigorous testing, integration, and security compliance assessments in accordance with stringent government standards.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including network diagrams, SOPs, and system configuration logs.
- Participate in preventive maintenance schedules and emergency on-site troubleshooting to ensure continuous 24/7 system availability.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 to 4 years of hands-on technical experience in network infrastructure, systems integration, or field engineering.
- Strong working knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs) and network security.
- Prior experience executing IT projects within government frameworks or critical security zones is highly advantageous.
- Possession of industry-recognized certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+/Security+) is preferred.
- Excellent communication, analytical problem-solving, and teamwork skills, with a commitment to maintaining project confidentiality.
