Responsibility
- Monitor and maintain production systems to ensure high availability and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real-time, minimizing system downtime.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to implement system improvements and optimizations.
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and propose long-term solutions.
- Manage incident response, including logging, tracking, and escalation as needed.
- Automate routine tasks using scripting and tools to enhance efficiency.
- Document processes, procedures, and resolutions for knowledge sharing.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in production support, system administration, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Linux/Windows) and networking concepts.
- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, Prometheus).
- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
