Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable business applications to meet organizational and client needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring high availability, security, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely support and solutions.
- Implement best practices in software development, including coding standards, testing, and documentation.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements and innovations.
- Work closely with IT and business teams to integrate applications with existing systems and workflows.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies in all application developments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing and maintaining business applications.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
- Experience with database management (SQL, NoSQL) and API integrations.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English to liaise with global teams and stakeholders.
