Responsibility
- Design, develop, and optimize technical workflows for elevator and escalator installations and maintenance.
- Conduct deep-dive diagnostics on complex mechanical and electrical system failures to provide long-term solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies into existing infrastructure.
- Monitor and analyze technical performance metrics to proactively identify areas for system improvement.
- Ensure all technical processes strictly adhere to local safety regulations and international vertical transport standards.
- Develop comprehensive technical manuals and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for field operations.
- Provide technical guidance and training to site teams to ensure high-quality installation and repair standards.
- Evaluate vendor components and provide recommendations for technical upgrades to enhance system longevity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in the elevator, escalator, or heavy mechanical equipment industry.
- Strong knowledge of vertical transportation control systems, motor drives, and safety protocols.
- Proficiency in using CAD software and technical diagnostic tools for system analysis.
- Excellent analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical bottlenecks.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English (technical documentation).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple technical improvement tasks simultaneously.
