Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end technical project delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing challenges to minimize disruptions.
- Monitor project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Optimize processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and organizational policies.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and team collaboration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in technical project management, IT delivery, or software development.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex technical projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with risk management, budgeting, and resource planning.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps, or enterprise software solutions is a plus.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM are highly desirable.
