Responsibility
- Conduct pre-sales consultations to assess client needs and propose tailored networking and cybersecurity solutions.
- Design, deploy, and configure network infrastructures, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless project implementations and customer onboarding.
- Perform network performance monitoring, optimization, and security audits to enhance system reliability.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
- Deliver training sessions and workshops to clients and internal teams on network best practices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- CCNA certification (or equivalent) is highly preferred; other networking certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in network engineering, cybersecurity, or technical consulting roles.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, firewalls, VPNs, and cybersecurity principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Eligibility to work in Indonesia (Singaporean/PR status is a plus).
