Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Optimize application performance, security, and reliability through code reviews and best practices
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes and improve development workflows
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues across the software stack
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential for business applications
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) to ensure timely delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong portfolio of projects
- Proficiency in backend development (Node.js, Python, Java, or Go) and modern frameworks
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling principles
- Familiarity with frontend technologies (React, Vue.js, or Angular) is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a distributed team environment
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus
